The long awaited regional museum opened its doors to the public early 2008. Many of the local inhabitants
donated never before documented pieces to the museum.its design incorporates all aspects of the local
region´s history, from tobacco making to 19th century farm implements and its occupation by numerous
civilizations. There is no admission at present.
