The poza is a small spring fed swimming hole surrounded by mature vegetation bordering Laguna
Sontecomapan just north of the same named village.
The name translates to Spring of the Dwarfs, which sounds romantic, till the origin of the name is heard. The
poza is very shallow and absolutely clear but the water´s reflexivity shortens the legs of bathers, turning them
into visual dwarfs.
There´s a restaurant right above the water and is a nice place to watch the kids dive off trees or swing in the
branches.
