|Some beaches near Huatzuntlan attract visitors from the south of Veraruz during hot days.
The balnearios Huazuntlán, Tonalapa, Naranjo, Cerro de la Palma, also cater to mainly Veracruz visitors.
Alighthouse in Perla del Golfo is worth a visit, otherwise there is no tourism in the municipality.
You can visit the northeastern Gulf Coast by hiring a boat in Sontecomapan (about 1500 pesos).
I know of two hotels near Huazuntlán, and rooms for rent in Perla del Golfo. Most larger communities
have one or more very basic restaurants.
